How to Buy/Ask Us a Question

Our preferred payment method is PayPal (please go to www.paypal.com to learn more).  By clicking on the "Add to Cart" button on any of the products pages, you will automatically be taken to the secure, safe PayPal website to complete your transaction.  PayPal accepts payment via direct debit to your checking account, your PayPal account, or your on file credit card.  We do not accept credit card payments other than through PayPal.  Once we receive confirmation of payment from PayPal, we will e-mail you with an approximate delivery for your item(s).  Products made from in-stock fabric will ship within 1-2 weeks.  Remember, everything is made-to-order and meticulously handcrafted just for you, not taken off a shelf!  If a fabric is out of stock, we will notify you and you can either choose another fabric or wait until the fabric is re-stocked.  We can get fabrics in stock within a week.

If you wish to make a mail payment by check or money order, or have any questions for us about our products, please e-mail us or use the "Contact Us" link.  Be sure to include your:

Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and e-mail address, along with a description of the item(s) you wish to purchase.  

We will respond to you as soon as possible with an address to send a check or money order.  If you are sending an order, our response will include a confirmation and an approximate delivery time.  Bear in mind that for personal checks, we will not ship until after the check has cleared our bank (approximately 10 business days).
